Welcome! Please note that special COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures are in effect, as mandated by The Ontario Ministry of Health and each of our practitioners’ respective governing bodies.
Two hours before your arrival to the clinic for each and every appointment, you will be e-mailed a screening questionnaire which must be completed and submitted back to us before you will be permitted entry for your appointment. If you screen positive for confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms or signs, please contact the clinic immediately.
Once in the clinic, you will be asked to practice proper hand hygiene with sanitizer provided in the reception area. For the safety of yourself, our staff and others, we also kindly request that you wear a mask in the clinic. If you do not have your own mask, one will be provided to you at no charge. Please notify us if you cannot wear a mask for health reasons.
Please note that in compliance with current regulatory body requirements, all massage therapy patients are REQUIRED to wear a mask throughout their encounter, including time on the therapy table.
Please be mindful of social distancing inside the clinic. We encourage you to ensure that your account payment methods are supported with a credit card on file, to be securely stored with encryption, so that we may minimize contact with items and surfaces inside the clinic. We will be more than happy to assist you with setting this up.
